Official-source comparison

What Polsia's own pages say.

This is not a claim about Polsia's performance. It is a migration reading of Polsia's current homepage and Terms of Service.

Reviewed 14 July 2026. Polsia's Terms page states it was last updated 19 June 2026. Recheck the linked sources before relying on this comparison later.

A broad company-operating promise

Polsia currently positions itself as an AI system for planning, coding, marketing, and running a company.

Cloud custody can vary

Polsia's terms say enabled cloud resources may be provisioned under Polsia-managed accounts unless the user connects their own provider credentials. The same section says users retain ownership of their source code and data.

Some operations use general approval

Polsia's terms say certain scheduled advertising, outbound communication, and subscription-enforcement operations may run under prior general approval without approval for each execution.

Exit timing matters

Polsia's terms say public subdomains are disabled on termination and describe a 30-day period for cloud-resource access and data export before deletion may occur.

Exit assets first

BuiltShip starts with the assets that determine portability.

The free map records ownership and dependencies. It does not import, transfer, log into, or change these systems automatically.

01

Source

Where is the repository, and who can export it?

Repository, export, and access inventory
02

Data

What data exists, in which format, and under whose account?

Data-location and required-record inventory
03

Domain

Who controls the registrar, DNS, and current public URL?

Domain-control map with no DNS change
04

Payments

Which account owns products, customers, payouts, and webhooks?

Payment-rail ownership and dependency map

Manual by design during founding access.

The map is free because it defines the safe scope. Automation is not implied.

Map my company

Migration contract

Map. Scope. Stage. Approve. Verify.

A switch should be a controlled handoff, not another autonomous task.

Explicit approval before cutover
01

Map

Submit the company URL, current platform, and must-keep workflows.

02

Scope

Receive a written ownership map, gaps, acceptance checks, and fixed price.

03

Stage

If you proceed, the paid scope defines what is recreated away from production.

04

Approve

Nothing cuts over until you explicitly approve the agreed production change.

05

Verify

The handoff is checked against the fixed acceptance list before completion.

Terms, not hype

Compare the operating assumptions before you move.

Polsia's column below summarizes its official pages as reviewed on 14 July 2026. BuiltShip's column states the founding-access contract.

Decision
Polsia official pages
BuiltShip founding access
Starting point
Create, plan, and operate a company inside the service.
Map an existing public company before any production work.
Resource custody
Cloud resources may use Polsia-managed accounts unless the user connects provider credentials.
Record source, data, domain, and payment ownership before defining paid work.
Consequential actions
Some scheduled operations may run under prior general approval rather than approval per execution.
The free map changes nothing. A production cutover requires explicit approval.
Exit planning
Terms describe a 30-day post-termination export window and disabling public subdomains.
Identify exit assets, dependencies, and acceptance checks before any move.
Migration method
No Polsia-to-BuiltShip migration path is claimed here.
Manual founding map. No automated importer is claimed.

Fixed acceptance checklist

Define the handoff before paying for it.

If both sides agree the migration is a fit, the free map becomes the basis for a written paid-work checklist. That checklist sets the refund boundary.

Founding switcher risk reversal

The migration map costs $0. Paid migration work receives a fixed written scope. If BuiltShip cannot deliver the agreed handoff against its written acceptance checklist, the BuiltShip build fee for that handoff is refunded. BuiltShip takes 0% of company revenue.

1

The agreed source or export opens and is included in the handoff

2

The required pages and public URLs respond as scoped

3

The agreed data files or records are present and readable

4

Domain ownership and DNS responsibility are documented

5

Payment-account ownership and webhook dependencies are documented

6

No production or DNS change occurs before explicit approval

Paid migration

Fixed after the map

Existing-company migrations are priced from the written scope because founding access is manual. New-company builds also receive a written scope and fixed fee before any payment.

Polsia migration FAQ

Is the Polsia migration automated?+

No. BuiltShip's founding migration access is manual. The first deliverable is a free ownership and dependency map. Any paid migration work is scoped and priced in writing after that map.

Do I need to cancel Polsia before requesting a map?+

No. Do not cancel first. The map is designed to identify what the current company depends on while it is still available. BuiltShip does not request production access for the free map.

What should I submit?+

Start with the public company URL, the outcome you want after the move, the target market, and any workflow that must keep working. If you already have a repository or export, mention it after the brief is saved.

Does BuiltShip take a percentage of company revenue?+

No. BuiltShip's revenue share is 0%. The free map, any fixed migration scope, managed hosting, domain costs, and other provider costs are kept separate.

What happens if the agreed handoff cannot be delivered?+

The migration map remains free. If BuiltShip accepts paid work and cannot deliver the agreed handoff against its written acceptance checklist, the BuiltShip build fee for that handoff is refunded.

Map the exit before making the move.

Start with a URL and the outcome you want. BuiltShip will return the founding migration brief without touching your current production company.
